THE CRAFT
Growing up in Oakville, in world-famous Napa Valley, Bridget Raymond has spent her life perfecting the art of making wine. As a consulting winemaker for numerous boutique and international wine projects, including Italy and the country of Georgia (the oldest wine growing region in the world), she has received numerous acclaim and touted as a rising star in the wine industry.
Many of her collection of wines are limited production (aged using the labor intensive method of barrel fermentation, then aged for 24 - 40 months in French oak) and her reserve and cult collections can only be found at the winery and select Michelin star restaurants.

Raised among the vines in Oakville, the heart of the Napa Valley, Bridget picked grapes, stomped them, made “wine” ….. all at the age of 9! While the first batch may not have turned out so well, many harvests later Bridget is crafting some fantastic wine. Through the mentorship of family and friends, Bridget honed her craft beyond the books and started production of her own label, Courtesan, in 2004. “There is something special about making wine from the land you grew-up playing in; they hold a special place in my heart.”

QUALITY GRAPES FROM AROUND THE GLOBE​
Our California fruit sources are derived from meticulously cared for vineyards from some of the most prestigious appellations in the Napa Valley and beyond. Most are small, family farmed vineyards that produce low yields.

Our Italian collection comes from the Veneto region, where our winemaker traveled to partner with family farmers to produce crisp roses and white wine blends

Our partnership with Bekauri Family Vineyards in the country of Georgia, one of the oldest growing regions in the world, enables us to bring you unique varietals such as Kisi and Saperavi
